Upon receiving your claim proceeds and estimate, contact your Roof Repair Squad Representative. Have a copy of the entire claim paperwork ready for your representative.
Your representative will review your claim and ensure you get a fair assessment. We'll walk you through your contractual agreement and ensure you're being covered.
The homeowner is then only responsible for the deductible; the insurance company will cover the remaining amount agreed upon to replace your roof.
A date will be scheduled to replace your roof. Material will be delivered just before work is to be performed. Most jobs will be completed in one day (weather permitting).
Final payment is due until the work is completed and you are completely satisfied.
